  • Depth & Texture: To create a visual “pop,” we didn’t just cut a flat sheet. We plasma cut the Oak Tree from 3/16″ steel and bolted it directly to the outer frame. We then cut the Horse Silhouettes separately and welded them onto the vertical pickets behind the tree. This creates a stunning 3D layered effect that changes as you drive past.

  • Digitizing: Our design team converted the sketch into a precision CAD (Computer-Aided Design) file. This ensures that every drooping willow branch and animal silhouette is structurally sound and ready for the plasma cutter.

Sacramento, CA Rustic Driveway Gate

14′ Dual Swing with Complementary Horses

Client north of Sacramento decided to go sans our super durable powder coat finish and instead let his gates rust naturally..nowadays being commonly referred to as “rustic chic”. It’s a dual swing steel gate with pickets. There is a decorative oak tree on the front with plasma cut horses beneath.

The pickets are 1″ square tubing, the frame 2″ square tubing, the tree is plasma cut from steel 3/16″ sheet and the oak tree leaves are stamped from 16ga steel; each one is carefully hand placed and permanently welded in place.

The decorative metal art tree is plasma cut from 3/16″ aluminum sheet for extreme durability. 2″ aluminum square tubing outer gate frame. 1″ square tubing pickets. The gates have maintenance-free roller bearing hinges provide very smooth, resistance-free, long-term swinging that makes it easy for the gate openers. The aluminum is very lightweight which further eases the burden on the electric openers, thereby increasing the lifespan of the opener system.

These decorative aluminum gates were sandblasted and given an eco-friendly “transition metal coating” pretreatment before applying two coats of our “Super Durable” exterior grade powder coat finish.

We designed this massive 18′ dual swing gate for a private estate nestled in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The client wanted an entrance that would secure their property without looking like an industrial barrier, so we focused on blending the metalwork into the surrounding forest.

Design & Finish Details:

  • Forest Green Finish: Instead of standard black, we applied a Dark Green “Super Durable” Powder Coat. This allowed the gate to harmonize perfectly with the lush summer foliage, making it feel like a natural extension of the landscape.

  • Complete Ecosystem: This is one of our most detailed wildlife scenes. Beneath the spreading Oak Tree, the plasma-cut design features a Whitetail Buck and Doe, two fawns, rabbits, a squirrel, and even a Groundhog peeking out from the grass.

This stunning 16′ dual swing entry gate was custom fabricated for a waterfront residence in Marathon, Florida, just south of Key Largo. In coastal environments like the Florida Keys, standard steel gates can begin to rust within months due to the heavy salt spray. To prevent this, we built this entire gate system using Marine Grade Aluminum, which offers superior natural corrosion resistance while maintaining the strength needed for a secure entrance.

We handcrafted this stunning 16′ dual swing steel gate for a residence in Kentucky. The client wanted a design that captured the rugged beauty of the local woodlands, so we created a scene featuring a massive Black Bear on the left panel and a Whitetail Buck and Doe on the right, all sheltered by a spreading Oak Tree.

  • Three-Stage Powder Coat: To achieve this unique look, we didn’t just use standard black. We applied a base coat of zinc rich primer, second coat of  Oil-Rubbed Bronze, followed by a Glossy Clear Top Coat. The client wanted a scene that reflected their daily life, so we created a massive Oak Tree that spans both panels, sheltering a scene of grazing horse & mule and a silhouette of the family’s beloved dog.

  • Two-Tone Powder Coat: To make the tree trunk stand out against the leaves, we utilized a custom Two-Tone Powder Coat Finish. This artistic technique adds depth and realism that you simply cannot get with a standard flat black paint job.

We designed this vibrant 16′ cantilever sliding gate for a property in Miami, Florida. Unlike swing gates that require roughly 10-12 feet of clearance to open, this system slides parallel to the fence line, making it the perfect solution for properties with limited driveway space or steep grades.

We fabricated this massive 16′ single swing gate for a property in Missouri. While most gates this wide are split into two panels, the client preferred a continuous single-panel look. We engineered a heavy-duty steel frame capable of supporting the weight of this expansive swing without sagging.

Layered 3D Design:

  • Depth & Texture: To create a visual “pop,” we didn’t just cut a flat sheet. We plasma cut the Oak Tree from 3/16″ steel and bolted it directly to the outer frame. We then cut the Horse Silhouettes separately and welded them onto the vertical pickets behind the tree. This creates a stunning 3D layered effect that changes as you drive past.

  • Equine Theme: This design is perfect for horse farms and ranches, capturing the peaceful scene of horses grazing under a shade tree.

  • Black Powder Coat: The entire system was finished in our standard satin black powder coat, providing a sharp contrast against the green landscape.

From Sketch to Reality: Custom Weeping Willow Gate

This project is the perfect example of how we collaborate with our clients to create truly one-of-a-kind art. The homeowner sent us a rough hand-drawn sketch (shown above) of their vision: a massive Weeping Willow Tree sheltering the local wildlife they see on their property.

While many competitors build lightweight gates that warp, this photo proves the structural integrity of our work. The panels are being mounted to heavy-duty steel posts engineered to support the weight of the 9-foot leaves without sagging.

Engineering & Fitment:

  • Precision Installation: A gate this size requires perfect alignment. We design our hinge systems to be adjustable, allowing for easy fine-tuning during installation so the tree branches line up perfectly in the center.

These Chattanooga, TN driveway gates were a really cool project we did for some fantastic folks up on Signal Mountain at the “Wicked Ranch”.  The side boxes are lit from the inside at night and it’s quite an impressive scene. The gate opener system is powered by a solar panel.

As shown in this final installation photo, we didn’t just build a gate; we created a complete entrance system. The client needed a way to display the property name, “WICKED FARM,” so we laser-cut the lettering directly into the custom steel columns.

  • Day & Night Visibility: During the day, the cutouts create a sharp, modern contrast against the steel. At night, the internal lighting shines through the letters, turning the columns into glowing signage that is impossible to miss.

We built this robust 16′ dual swing gate for the private residence of a Landscaping Contractor in Central Wisconsin. When a professional who specializes in curb appeal needs a gate for their own driveway, they know exactly what to look for: structural quality and artistic impact.

Built for Wisconsin Winters:

  • Zinc-Rich Protection: In Wisconsin, road salt and snow are gate killers. To combat this, we applied a heavy Zinc-Rich Primer underneath the final Black Powder Coat. This acts like a galvanized layer, providing a sacrificial barrier that prevents rust from taking hold, even in the harsh Midwest climate.

  • Sturdy Design: Standing 8 feet tall in the center, this gate features 1-inch pickets spaced for security while maintaining an open view of the property’s landscaping.

This construction photo shows the “hidden secret” to our gate’s stability. Many competitors make the mistake of trying to bolt heavy gates onto the decorative stone after it’s finished—which often leads to cracking and loose hinges.

  • Anchored to the Core: As you can see, we work with your mason to install our heavy-duty steel brackets directly into the concrete block core before the stone veneer is applied.

  • Clean Finish: Once the stone is laid around the bracket, the hardware appears to “float” out of the column, providing a clean look with immense structural holding power capable of supporting thousands of pounds.

We designed this elegant 12′ dual swing gate for a residence in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. The client wanted a gate that felt more organic and “softer” than standard black, so we utilized a specialized finishing process to achieve a deep, metallic look.

Premium Two-Stage Finish:

  • Bronze Base Coat: Instead of flat paint, we applied a Bronze Powder Coat as the base. This color catches the light beautifully and blends well with natural stone and brick exteriors.

  • Clear Top Coat: To protect the bronze and add a “wet look” shine, we applied a second layer of Glossy Clear Powder Coat. This double-layer process not only looks incredible but adds an extra shield against the Wisconsin snow and ice.

Perfect Proportions: At 12 feet wide, this gate is sized perfectly for standard residential driveways. The tree design rises to 7 feet tall in the center, providing privacy and security without looking like a fortress.

14′ Dual Swing with Complementary Horses

Client north of Sacramento decided to go sans our super durable powder coat finish and instead let his gates rust naturally..nowadays being commonly referred to as “rustic chic”. It’s a dual swing steel gate with pickets. There is a decorative oak tree on the front with plasma cut horses beneath.

The pickets are 1″ square tubing, the frame 2″ square tubing, the tree is plasma cut from steel 3/16″ sheet and the oak tree leaves are stamped from 16ga steel; each one is carefully hand placed and permanently welded in place.

The decorative metal art tree is plasma cut from 3/16″ aluminum sheet for extreme durability. 2″ aluminum square tubing outer gate frame. 1″ square tubing pickets. The gates have maintenance-free roller bearing hinges provide very smooth, resistance-free, long-term swinging that makes it easy for the gate openers. The aluminum is very lightweight which further eases the burden on the electric openers, thereby increasing the lifespan of the opener system.

These decorative aluminum gates were sandblasted and given an eco-friendly “transition metal coating” pretreatment before applying two coats of our “Super Durable” exterior grade powder coat finish.

We designed these expansive 18′ dual swing Texas ranch driveway gates for a client to the north of Waco. The client wanted a scene that reflected their daily life, so we created a massive Oak Tree that spans both panels, sheltering a scene of grazing horse & mule and a silhouette of the family’s beloved dog.

  • Two-Tone Powder Coat: To make the tree trunk stand out against the leaves, we utilized a custom Two-Tone Powder Coat Finish. This artistic technique adds depth and realism that you simply cannot get with a standard flat black paint job.

We designed and installed this massive 18′ dual swing gate for a rural property in Indiana. As you can see from the photo, our gates are engineered to withstand the harshest Midwest winters. While other gates might freeze or sag under the weight of ice and snow, our heavy-duty steel construction ensures smooth operation year-round.

Built for the Farm & Estate:

  • Robust Installation: This system is hung from massive 4×4″ steel F-posts that are buried deep inside the client’s custom rock columns. This “hidden post” technique provides incredible structural strength without ruining the aesthetic of the stone work.

  • Plasma Cut Art: The design features a spreading Oak Tree that is plasma cut from solid steel plate, creating a stunning silhouette against the snowy backdrop.

  • Midwest Durability: We coated this gate with a zinc-rich primer and a “Super Durable” powder coat to prevent rust, even when exposed to road salt and freezing moisture.

We designed this vibrant 16′ cantilever sliding gate for a property in Miami, Florida. Unlike swing gates that require roughly 10-12 feet of clearance to open, this system slides parallel to the fence line, making it the perfect solution for properties with limited driveway space or steep grades.

Artistic Privacy & Contrast:

  • The “Everglades” Theme: This is a true piece of Florida art. The design features a plasma cut Alligator, Blue Heron, and Palm Trees integrated into a spreading Live Oak canopy.

We fabricated this massive 16′ single swing gate for a property in Missouri. While most gates this wide are split into two panels, the client preferred a continuous single-panel look. We engineered a heavy-duty steel frame capable of supporting the weight of this expansive swing without sagging.

Layered 3D Design:

  • Depth & Texture: To create a visual “pop,” we didn’t just cut a flat sheet. We plasma cut the Oak Tree from 3/16″ steel and bolted it directly to the outer frame. We then cut the Horse Silhouettes separately and welded them onto the vertical pickets behind the tree. This creates a stunning 3D layered effect that changes as you drive past.

  • Equine Theme: This design is perfect for horse farms and ranches, capturing the peaceful scene of horses grazing under a shade tree.

  • Black Powder Coat: The entire system was finished in our standard satin black powder coat, providing a sharp contrast against the green landscape.

We fabricated this heavy-duty 16′ double swing gate for a client in Birmingham, Alabama, working in conjunction with our local installation partner, Innovative Fence Solutions. The homeowner wanted a design that not only secured their property but also celebrated their love for local wildlife and their family pet.

Automation & Personalization:

  • LiftMaster Ready: This gate was specifically engineered to work with the LiftMaster LA500 Gate Opener System. We welded heavy-duty reinforcement brackets into the frame during fabrication, ensuring the powerful openers wouldn’t warp or bend the metal over time.

  • Personalized Scene: The design features a custom “Alabama Woodlands” theme, including a Whitetail Buck, a Wild Turkey, and a custom silhouette of the family’s Dog, all integrated into the steel pickets.

From Sketch to Reality: Custom Weeping Willow Gate

This project is the perfect example of how we collaborate with our clients to create truly one-of-a-kind art. The homeowner sent us a rough hand-drawn sketch (shown above) of their vision: a massive Weeping Willow Tree sheltering the local wildlife they see on their property.

The Design Process:

  • Concepting: We took the client’s original drawing, which included specific requests for an Owl, Raccoon, Wild Turkeys, and a Buck, and mapped it out to fit their driveway opening.

  • Digitizing: Our design team converted the sketch into a precision CAD (Computer-Aided Design) file. This ensures that every drooping willow branch and animal silhouette is structurally sound and ready for the plasma cutter.

  • Dimensions: The final design is sized for a 12′ wide opening and stands an impressive 10′ tall in the center, creating a grand entrance that offers privacy while maintaining an open, airy feel.

Oak Tree Gate Installation – Louisville, Kentucky

 

Installation of an 18-foot dual swing steel driveway gate in Louisville, Kentucky. The photo shows the heavy-duty steel posts being set to support the plasma cut oak tree design.

 

This action shot captures the installation of a massive 18′ dual swing gate for a residence in Louisville, Kentucky. While many competitors build lightweight gates that warp, this photo proves the structural integrity of our work. The panels are being mounted to heavy-duty steel posts engineered to support the weight of the 9-foot leaves without sagging.

Engineering & Fitment:

  • Precision Installation: A gate this size requires perfect alignment. We design our hinge systems to be adjustable, allowing for easy fine-tuning during installation so the tree branches line up perfectly in the center.

  • Sloped Driveway Ready: As you can see in the background, the driveway has a slope. We customized the ground clearance of this gate to ensure it swings freely without scraping the concrete—a critical detail for hillier properties in Kentucky.

These Chattanooga, TN driveway gates were a really cool project we did for some fantastic folks up on Signal Mountain at the “Wicked Ranch”.  The side boxes are lit from the inside at night and it’s quite an impressive scene. The gate opener system is powered by a solar panel.

Behind the Scenes: Handcrafted in the USA

We included this shop photo to show what our gates look like before the finish is applied. As you can see, every branch of the Curly Tree design is part of a solid, unified steel sheet—not flimsy pieces tacked together.

  • Seamless Welding: Seeing the raw metal allows you to appreciate the clean lines and heavy-duty welds that go into our frames.

  • Prep Work: This gate is shown just before the sandblasting process, which removes all mill scale and impurities to ensure the final Super Durable Powder Coat adheres perfectly for a lifetime of rust protection.

Integrated Signage & Modern Columns

As shown in this final installation photo, we didn’t just build a gate; we created a complete entrance system. The client needed a way to display the property name, “WICKED FARM,” so we laser-cut the lettering directly into the custom steel columns.

  • Day & Night Visibility: During the day, the cutouts create a sharp, modern contrast against the steel. At night, the internal lighting shines through the letters, turning the columns into glowing signage that is impossible to miss.

  • Modern Farmhouse Aesthetic: The raw steel finish (which will patina over time) combined with the whimsical tree design creates the perfect “Modern Farmhouse” look that is incredibly popular in Tennessee right now.

Contractor-Grade Oak Tree Gate – Central Wisconsin

 

We built this robust 16′ dual swing gate for the private residence of a Landscaping Contractor in Central Wisconsin. When a professional who specializes in curb appeal needs a gate for their own driveway, they know exactly what to look for: structural quality and artistic impact.

Built for Wisconsin Winters:

  • Zinc-Rich Protection: In Wisconsin, road salt and snow are gate killers. To combat this, we applied a heavy Zinc-Rich Primer underneath the final Black Powder Coat. This acts like a galvanized layer, providing a sacrificial barrier that prevents rust from taking hold, even in the harsh Midwest climate.

  • Sturdy Design: Standing 8 feet tall in the center, this gate features 1-inch pickets spaced for security while maintaining an open view of the property’s landscaping.

Pro Tip: Mounting Gates to Stone Columns

This construction photo shows the “hidden secret” to our gate’s stability. Many competitors make the mistake of trying to bolt heavy gates onto the decorative stone after it’s finished—which often leads to cracking and loose hinges.

  • Anchored to the Core: As you can see, we work with your mason to install our heavy-duty steel brackets directly into the concrete block core before the stone veneer is applied.

  • Clean Finish: Once the stone is laid around the bracket, the hardware appears to “float” out of the column, providing a clean look with immense structural holding power capable of supporting thousands of pounds.

We designed this elegant 12′ dual swing gate for a residence in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. The client wanted a gate that felt more organic and “softer” than standard black, so we utilized a specialized finishing process to achieve a deep, metallic look.

Premium Two-Stage Finish:

  • Bronze Base Coat: Instead of flat paint, we applied a Bronze Powder Coat as the base. This color catches the light beautifully and blends well with natural stone and brick exteriors.

  • Clear Top Coat: To protect the bronze and add a “wet look” shine, we applied a second layer of Glossy Clear Powder Coat. This double-layer process not only looks incredible but adds an extra shield against the Wisconsin snow and ice.

Perfect Proportions: At 12 feet wide, this gate is sized perfectly for standard residential driveways. The tree design rises to 7 feet tall in the center, providing privacy and security without looking like a fortress.

Sacramento, CA Rustic Driveway Gate

14′ Dual Swing with Complementary Horses

Client north of Sacramento decided to go sans our super durable powder coat finish and instead let his gates rust naturally..nowadays being commonly referred to as “rustic chic”. It’s a dual swing steel gate with pickets. There is a decorative oak tree on the front with plasma cut horses beneath.

The pickets are 1″ square tubing, the frame 2″ square tubing, the tree is plasma cut from steel 3/16″ sheet and the oak tree leaves are stamped from 16ga steel; each one is carefully hand placed and permanently welded in place.

The decorative metal art tree is plasma cut from 3/16″ aluminum sheet for extreme durability. 2″ aluminum square tubing outer gate frame. 1″ square tubing pickets. The gates have maintenance-free roller bearing hinges provide very smooth, resistance-free, long-term swinging that makes it easy for the gate openers. The aluminum is very lightweight which further eases the burden on the electric openers, thereby increasing the lifespan of the opener system.

These decorative aluminum gates were sandblasted and given an eco-friendly “transition metal coating” pretreatment before applying two coats of our “Super Durable” exterior grade powder coat finish.
