Custom Gate Designs

This custom driveway entrance gate project is designed for a family member of a repeat client in Southern Georgia.

At 36′ total length and over 8′ tall, this huge gate is handcrafted in our shop from heavy duty 3/16″ thick plasma cut aluminum sheet and 3/16″ aluminum tube.

Cantilever Slide Gate – Tail Section Bolts On

This project presents a difficult situation. Namely: there are very few powder coat ovens in the US that are large enough to handle such a project.

The solution? Creating the artwork section (24′ long) and the cantilever section (12′ long) in two pieces and bolting them together onsite.

We had to outsource the powder coating to a company with an industrial sized oven, and even then they had to get a bit creative to make it fit.

Fabricating the Slide Rail so the Two Gate Sections Join Together Seamlessly
